Kalu
Kalu Diogu, Ph.D.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dr.
Diogu is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman
of the Board of KkadiTEL
(www.kkaditel.com), a Technology Solutions Consulting firm
and a leading international Telecommunications, Networking
and Information Technology solutions and services provider.
He is responsible for leading KkadiTEL and achieving the
strategic objectives of the firm.
More
than a year after founding the firm, he formally joined
KkadiTEL in September, 2002 after
15 years of employment with Motorola. While at Motorola,
he served as Electrical Engineer for 9
years and in several management positions for more than
6 years; including Semiconductor Device
Modeling, Standard/Custom cells block development, Networking
and CAD, microelectronic design services, Web Portal development,
software and hardware support services. He was also a Distinguished
Member of Technical Staff of Motorola. Between 9/97 and
12/97, Dr. Diogu was Visiting Adjunct Professor of Electrical
Engineering at Prairie View A&M University of Texas,
Prairie View, TX 77446. He is currently serving as member
of the Technical Advisory Panel of
the NASA Center of Applied Radiation Research at Prairie
View A&M University. Prior to
pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Dr.
Diogu worked for the Nigerian
Telecommunication Plc, (NiTEL) as a Higher Technical Officer
where he was responsible for
switching, multiplexing and controls operations from 1982
to 1984. He brings to KkadiTEL an
extensive managerial experience and a proven people skills.
Diogu
holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard
University, Washington DC, an
M.S degree in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M
University of Texas at Prairie View,
Texas and a Higher National Diploma from the Institute of
Management and Technology (IMT),
Enugu, Nigeria. Dr.Diogu has also completed several management
short courses. |

Kalu Diogu II, JD, LL.M. (Intellectual Property Laws)
Vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Legal Advisor
Mr.
Diogu is currently Technical Manager for NASA University
Research Program in Applied Radiation Research and also
Senior Aerospace Engineering Specialist, Earth and Extraterrestrial
Exploration Vehicle Systems. Mr. Diogu has years of experience
in Technology Transfer Programs on intellectual property
Law related issues.
Mr.
Diogu has over 20 years of experience Aeronautics and Space
Exploration System Concept, Design, Development and Operation.
He has led and managed complex Research, design, and development
programs for near earth and extraterrestrial exploration
systems; and published papers on numerous topics on intellectual
property law and aerospace engineering. From 1980 to 1985,
Mr. Diogu worked for McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Company
(Now Boeing Aerospace). He was lead Engineer on Space Transportation
System, and Control System for Space Shuttle Entry Design
and Targeting. From 1985 to 1989, he worked for Rockwell
Space Company as Principal Engineer for Research and Development
on Space Transportation System (Space Shuttle) Descent Design
System.
Mr.
Diogu holds a B.Sc., M.Sc. Aerospace Engineering and Applied
Mathematics, Texas A&M University System.
Mr.
Diogu also holds a JD, Thurgood Marshal School of Law, LL.M.
(Intellectual Property Law) University Of Houston, Law Center.
He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York
and Texas. |

Mr.
Martin Eno, CPA, MBA, MS,
Executive member of the board and Acting Chief Financial
Officer
Mr.
Eno was a financial advisor with American Express Financial
Advisors from 2000 to 2002 where he provided comprehensive
financial planning to individuals and corporations. In 2001
he won the Mercury Award and the President's Recognition
Award for excellence in financial planning. From 1991 to
2000, Mr. Eno was an investments and capital projects accountant
for the Government of the District of Columbia. He managed
the bond portfolio, prepared, analyzed and reconciled the
capital projects accounts of the city of Washington, DC.
Mr. Eno was a tax accountant and managing partner of Eno
and Tengen Associates in Washington, DC from 1991 to 1997.
Mr. Eno worked with the Maryland National Bank in Baltimore,
Maryland as a staff auditor from 1987 to 1991 where he conducted
financial and operational audits.
Mr.
Eno is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified PublicAccountants.
Mr.
Eno holds an MBA degree in finance and management information
systems from The Pennsylvania State University. He also
holds a Masters of Science degree in accounting from Southeastern
University in Washington, DC. |

Mr.
Christian Emeka Ukachukwu,
Software Development Advisor & Secretary to the Board.
Mr.
Ukachukwu is currently a Senior Software Engineer for WMS
Gaming Inc. in Chicago; a manufacturer of electronic casino
gaming machines.
Mr.
Ukachukwu has had over 12 years experience as a software
developer mostly in the telecommunications industry. He
started out in 1988 as a Software Engineer with Rockwell
International (Telecom Division) from where he went to Motorola
Cellular Infrastructure Group in 1994. He also worked for
the local carrier, Ameritech (now part of SBC) for 4 years.
Mr. Ukachukwu has also worked in telecom sales as a Field
Application Engineer for Dialogic (now Intel) in the PC
telephony/IP infrastructure area before returning to imbedded
software development.
Mr.
Ukachukwu holds a B.S. degree in Math/Computer Science from
University of Illinois as well as a number of certifications. |

Kalu
N. Kalu, Ph.D,

Kalu
is a Professor of Political Science and Management (Organization
Theory & Behavior). His career and research specializations
span the areas of policy analysis and program evaluation,
organization development, international strategic management,
macroeconomic/macropolitical analysis, leadership-technology
interface, regional economic development (integration),
and organizational synergies.
Dr.
Kalu's background includes: Postdoctorate in Political Science
(Yale University), Program specialization in Health Policy
& Analysis (Yale University School of Medicine), Ph. D in
Political Science (Texas Tech University), MBA in Organization
Theory & Behavior (Atlanta University), B.Sc in Environmental
Science (Rutgers University). He is also a Research Fellow
at the Yale University Center for International and Area
Studies, and a Senior Partner at Globus-Firewall - a political

Chuks N. Ibekwe
Executive Advisor and Director of Sales, Marketing and Business
Development.
Mr.
Ibekwe has extensive experience in industry, working for
a number of telecom companies as a District Sales Manager.
After spending more than 2 years at GTE Network Operations
(now Verizon Communications), he was transferred to GTE
Telecommunications Services Inc. (GTE TSI), where he worked
as the Administrator for Strategic Planning. Mr. Ibekwe
also worked for MACH Americas (a subsidiary of MACH S.A.,
the world's leading clearinghouse for GSM carriers) as the
Regional Sales Director in charge of North America Operations
(USA, Canada and Mexico) until he joined KkadiTEL, Inc.
He has also worked as a consultant to U.S.-based telecommunications
companies with interests in Nigeria.
Mr.
Ibekwe holds BBA and MBA degrees in Business Operations
Management. He is also a member of the American Management
Association and the Society of Competitive Intelligence
Professionals (SCIP). |
